These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tedca.org website and the purchase of digital products from Tedca ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Tedca sells digital products ("Skills") — pre-built automation pipelines designed for use with Claude Code and similar AI tools. Skills are delivered electronically via email and download link after purchase.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchased skill. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and contact us at tedca.skill@gmail.com.
Each skill purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the skill files publicly.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a skill has been delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.
All content on tedca.org — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and skill files — is the property of Tedca and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes from using our products. The effectiveness of any skill depends on your implementation, tools, and use case.
Tedca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
