All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products.

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital files (Claude Code skills) that are delivered instantly via download. Once a skill is delivered, it cannot be "returned." This is standard practice for digital goods.

What You're Buying

Each skill is a pre-built automation pipeline — a set of instruction files and scripts that work with Claude Code. Product descriptions, workflow steps, and demo videos are available on our website before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

Delivery Issues

If you completed a purchase but did not receive your download email, contact us at tedca.skill@gmail.com with your purchase email and we will resolve the issue. We will always ensure you receive what you paid for.

Exceptions

If you were charged but your payment failed to process correctly (duplicate charge, technical error), contact us and we will work with Stripe to resolve it.
